Our Property Requirements
We have a proven track record for developing bespoke properties and for an impressive list of clients. Each of our developments, by their very nature, are individually designed and tailored to meet a set of specific requirements. With this in mind we will consider a broad range of opportunities but, typically, we look to acquire the following;
Large, modern and detached houses or bungalows suitable for 3 or 4 people sharing.
Off-plan or completed developments of cluster flats. More specifically, clusters of 6 – 14 one and two bed, self-contained apartments within a single block.
‘Brownfield’ land of ¼ to 1 acre and suitable for residential development.
Low-rise office accommodation of 5,000 – 20,000sqft and suitable for conversion to residential use.
Preferred Locations – Populated and existing residential areas in towns or cities. Close to local amenities and facilities such as shops, doctor’s surgeries etc. and on, or close to, public transport networks.
